Outreach Services

  • Outreach services provides overnight shelter in hotels from April to December when the winter shelter is closed.

  • Outreach Services provides those in need with support to obtain permanent housing.

  • Outreach Services provides funds for past due rent payments to prevent evictions.

  • Outreach Services helps to provide basic essentials to families including assistance with the cost of medications; funds for utility bills; and referrals to local agencies that can provide clothing, shoes, and childcare.

Financial Assistance from Outreach Services can applied for once every 12 months. Financial Assistance is coordinated with aid from Salvation Army and Good Neighbor Fund.
